Unlike the UK, the Law in Romania and the Insurance Companies which operate here, do not require or permit BIKE-ROX to fully indemnify itself against claims for loss, injury or death whatever the cause.

This results in an absolute necessity for guests to provide their own insurance cover obtainable in the UK and sign a disclaimer form.
